How do I measure my pet for the correct collar size?

Getting the right fit is key for your pet's comfort and safety. Follow these simple steps:

1. Use a soft measuring tape to measure your pet's neck where the collar would naturally sit.

2. Ensure you can fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your pet's neck. This prevents the collar from being too tight.

3. Match this measurement to the sizing chart on each product page.

Pro-Tip: If your pet is between sizes or is still growing, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How do I choose the right size harness?

For harnesses, you'll need two measurements: the neck circumference and the chest circumference (measure around the widest part of their chest, just behind the front legs). Compare both measurements to the sizing chart on the harness product page to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are crafted for durability and style. Most of our collars, leashes, and harnesses are made from high-tensile strength, weather-resistant nylon webbing. All hardware, including buckles and D-rings, is made of solid brass or stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure reliability.

Can I get a matching leash or harness for my collar?

Yes, absolutely! We design our collections to be coordinated. On each collar's product page, you'll find a "Matching Gear" or "Complete the Set" section showcasing the corresponding leash and harness in the same style and color.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

We're excited for your pet to receive their new gear! Here's our timeline:

• Order Processing: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

• Shipping Times:

  • Canada (Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • USA: 5-8 business days

  • International: 10-15 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally? What about duties and taxes?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide! For international orders outside of Canada and the USA, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Care, Returns & Exchanges

 

How should I clean my collars, leashes, and harnesses?

To keep your gear looking its best, we recommend hand-washing. Simply use mild soap or pet-safe detergent with cool water and gently scrub. Rinse thoroughly and lay flat to air dry. Avoid machine washing or high heat, as it can damage the hardware and nylon fabric.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unused, non-personalized items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details and instructions on how to start a return.

Do you accept returns on personalized or custom items?

Because personalized items are custom-made just for your pet, they cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, all sales of personalized collars are final. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.

Are your products chew-proof?

While we use highly durable materials, no fabric-based collar or leash is completely indestructible to a determined chewer. We strongly recommend supervising your pet when they are wearing any new gear and removing it when they are left unattended.
